David Suarez built Salucita because the platform didn't exist. As the Director of Operations for Let’s Taco ‘Bout It Hospitality Group, David manages authentic, deeply rooted restaurant locations across the region, including Los Comales and La Tequileria. Salucita is what happens when a seasoned hospitality executive decides to give the culture a microphone that matches its operational weight.

Manny Cabrera is the co-host of Salucita and the founder of Gente Fina — one of the most respected streetwear lifestyle brands in the country. Manny brings to every episode what no producer can manufacture: verified cultural credibility. He brings a network that opens doors, and the rare ability to make any guest feel instantly understood.
